What does this mean for you?

A paused withdrawal does not mean your coins are gone. They are still in your account and cannot leave on that network until the switch comes back on.

If you are about to move a coin off Binance, look for it here first. A pause on the network you use means the transfer waits, and another network for the same coin may still be open.

A pause that runs much longer than usual, or many coins pausing at the same moment, is the kind worth watching. One coin pausing for twenty minutes is an ordinary day.

What is a withdrawal pause?

Binance can stop coins leaving or arriving, for one coin, for one network, or for everything at once. Most pauses are routine: a wallet upgrade, a busy network, or a network changing its software. The coins stay in the account the whole time. They just cannot move in or out until the switch comes back on.

Why do these pauses matter?

A pause is the first thing to stop working when a network or an exchange runs into trouble, and a wave of them at once is how some of the worst days at exchanges began. Knowing what is switched off, and how long a pause usually lasts, turns a surprise into something you can plan around.

Where do these rows come from?

Every row is something Binance shows on its own site: the switch for each coin and network, and the list of pairs it trades. Binance does not announce most of these pauses, so a row here is what Binance's own pages showed at the time, not a statement Binance made about it.

How exact are the times?

The time beside a pause is when Maketo first saw the switch off. It went off in the few minutes before that. The time it came back on is read the same way, so a length is close, not exact to the minute.
