Calculate your crypto profits

Side by side.
Keep up to three scenarios while you try another.
Price moves.
Fees count.
See the trade from both sides before you change a number.
What is included in my profit?
Profit is what you receive after selling, minus the money you put in and any extra costs. The calculator includes a buy fee, a sell fee, and optional fixed costs. Return is that profit divided by your total cash outlay.
Use your actual transaction prices to account for the difference between a quoted price and the price you receive. Taxes and borrowing costs are not estimated.
Can I start with a profit goal?
Yes. Target price finds the sell price needed for a cash profit or percentage return. Investment needed starts with your buy price, sell price and profit goal, then works backwards to the purchase amount.
If the planned price move does not cover the fees, adding more money cannot produce a positive profit. The calculator will tell you.
What if I bought at different prices?
Add each purchase under Average buy. The calculator adds the coins you bought and the cash you spent, then finds your combined average price. Buying $100 at one price and $1,000 at another does not give both prices equal weight.
This combines buys into one holding. It does not track partial sales or tax lots.
Can I use it for another cryptocurrency?
Choose another coin and enter its prices. The math works for fractional coins and small token prices. All money amounts are in US dollars. For the seven coins in the list, the calculator also has the latest price. Use “Use BTC price” to apply it to either side of a trade. Hover or focus “Refresh BTC price” to check when it was recorded.
A calculator for possible outcomes, not a forecast. Nothing is bought, sold or sent to a wallet.
