No, and the difference matters. This page counts the companies whose filings we read line by line. Other trackers count differently, some of them including holdings nobody has filed a document for, so a total here will not always match a total there.
Where we cannot show a company's own daily history, we would rather leave it out than put a number on the page we cannot date.
Why does each company get its own page?
Because the interesting question is not how much a company owns today, it is when it bought and whether it has ever sold. Where a company has its own page, you can follow its holding day by day since its first disclosure, which is the part most trackers leave out.
The others are on their way. A company gets a page once we have read enough of its filings to draw a line we would stand behind, and until then it is counted in the totals above without being linked.

The total here covers the companies we track, and that is a smaller number than every company in the world that owns bitcoin. A tracked total is not a market total, and treating one as the other is the easiest way to be wrong while quoting a correct number.
Some of these companies have their own page, where the same holding is shown day by day since its first disclosure. That daily history is the part most trackers leave out, and it is the reason a flat line usually means nobody filed anything rather than nobody bought anything.
